LEVEL DESIGN
Using a pre-made character controller, I did the mock-up of the level design of the playable map along with my team members. Our goal was to have three separate levels in look, gameplay and narrative for a rich and interesting walkthrough.

- the Defense Perimeter, all high walls, lifeless and oppressive;
- the Singing Isles, that require the most platforming;
- the Bell Tower, the final and main landmark.
I also worked with metrics.
For the Singing Isles area in particular, those were useful for the pathing, to see how high and how low the player would have to jump, and to figure out shortcuts.


Finally, I took care of 1/4 of the entire block-out in-engine, which consisted of the East half of the Singing Isles area.
QUEST & NARRATIVE DESIGN
I took charge of entire quest design, which went along with the narrative design. To do so, I designed main quest flows and side quest flows for each of the three areas of our level.
